Portable, rechargeable skincare device designed to atomize consumable fluid cartridges. This project required seemless integration of user experience research and technical engineering exploration.

Tasked with adapting permanent-installation,4-D, virtual reality experiences previously intended for adults to allow children to participate at a world- renowned theme park. We also had to understand what changes would be necessary to significantly increase throughput as the number of customers would be exponentially greater. 

After observing an unmet need for my market, I outlined product requirements for a now patented communication device and protocol. I managed an outside development firm to develop the technology and test it with users. Wrote a business plan and pitched it to C-suite for buy-in.

Participated in ethnographic research focusing on user experience of medical staff during angiograms. Identified opportunities to improve experience of all stakeholders. Presented research findings to client’s board of nationally renowned cardiologists.
